Statement
Yayoi Tsuji has an intimate relationship with the material she chooses to work with, whether gold or silver. Her works are very spontaneous and are based on the interpretation of her senses. The surface of the pieces are heat treated until the artist finds exactly what she was looking to achieve. The colour and texture of the material comes through in all its beauty and power.

Yayoi Tsuji was born in Japan but has been living and working in Italy since 1997. She has taken part in numerous exhibitions on an international level.
